Microgreen Mixed Radish
🌱 MIXED RADISH MICROGREENS
Fresh • Peppery • Crunchy • Full of flavour
Our mixed radish microgreens are young radish seedlings harvested while they are small, tender and full of flavour.
They have a delicious fresh, peppery taste, similar to mature radish but more delicate, with a lovely crunch. They are incredibly versatile and can add colour, texture and a little kick to almost any meal.
💚 WHY EAT RADISH MICROGREENS?
Microgreens may be tiny, but they can provide an impressive range of nutrients and plant compounds.
Radish microgreens are a member of the Brassica family, alongside broccoli, cabbage, kale and watercress.
They contain:
🌿 Vitamin C – contributes to normal immune function and helps protect cells from oxidative stress.
🌿 Vitamin K – important for normal blood clotting and maintenance of normal bones.
🌿 Folate and other B vitamins – important for normal cell function and metabolism.
🌿 Carotenoids and other antioxidants – naturally occurring plant compounds found in many colourful vegetables.
🌿 Glucosinolates – naturally occurring compounds characteristic of cruciferous vegetables such as radish and broccoli.
Microgreens are sometimes referred to as a miracle food, but it is better in our opinion to treat them as a nutritious addition to a varied diet.

❄️ HOW TO STORE YOUR MICROGREENS
Keep your microgreens refrigerated as soon as possible after purchase.
For maximum freshness:
🌱 Keep them in their original container or packaging.
🌱 Store in the fridge, ideally in the salad/crisper drawer, but definitely not near the back of the fridge
🌱 Keep them dry – excess moisture can encourage deterioration.
🌱 Rinse immediately before eating and dry carefully.
🌱 Remove any damaged or wilted leaves.
🌱 Eat as soon as possible while they are at their freshest.
With good refrigeration and careful handling, fresh microgreens can generally keep for around 5–7 days, although they are best enjoyed as fresh as possible.
🌱 FRESH FROM OUR FARM TO YOUR PLATE
Our microgreens are grown and harvested with freshness in mind.
Because they are harvested young and are highly perishable, they are at their best when treated as a fresh ingredient – keep them chilled and enjoy them while they are crisp and vibrant.
Small greens. Big flavour. 💚
