No messing about with pictures of my breakfast, or Koda the dog doing daft things. This week is a proper and comprehensive update on the vegetables that are currently growing. It will therefore exclude the likes of parsnips and sprouts that we will be eating at Christmas, but you will probably be surprised to learn that I will be sowing both this week!
I am going to give an estimate of when we may start harvesting each vegetable, but please bear in mind that this can only be an estimate as I can't predict the weather, or the impact of pests.
Dwarf French Bean - expected mid June
Going in the ground this week. This is my third attempt, and I'm now using different seeds from the first two attempts where my return from 150 seeds was 5 and zero respectively!

Climbing Bean - expected mid July
Going in the ground this week.

Runner Bean - expected early August
Some are connecting to the wigwam nicely

Others aren't doing so well so far

Purple Sprouting - expected early July
